Lowrance^â Supports Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s TrophyCatch

Lowrance®, a world-leader in fishing electronics since 1957, announced its continued sponsorship of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) TrophyCatch. This ongoing support includes the donation of Lowrance HDS LIVE fishfinder displays and a Ghost® freshwater trolling motor fitted on the grand prize Phoenix 819 Pro bass boat awarded at the end of the season.

The goal of this program is to collect information about trophy bass to help the FWC better enhance, conserve and promote trophy bass fishing. It encourages catch-and-release of the biggest, oldest and most valuable bass. The program excites anglers about Florida freshwater fishing, encouraging them to purchase licenses and fish more; resulting in benefits to all anglers, fishing-related businesses, local communities and the fisheries themselves with more support and funding for conservation.
